What’s your return policy?

If you purchased an item in-store, you may return it, with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase. In-store item returns are not accepted without a receipt.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges on online orders, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting PIA’s bookstore:

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact PIA’s bookstore.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We allow exchanges for items purchase in-store.

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges for merchandise purchased online. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please contact PIA’s bookstore within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!


  • Returns requested more than 30 days after your order date are not eligible for return.
  • Returns requested without a receipt are not eligible for return.
  • Merchandise that is used or worn will not be accepted for refund or credit.
  • Garments not in their original bags (if applicable) will not be accepted.
  • Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges are not available for online orders.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise is defective.
